Offline Pest Control App

No signal? No problem. ServiceTracker keeps working wherever your technicians do.

Pest control doesn't happen in places with good signal. It happens in basements, plant rooms, cold stores, loft spaces, farm buildings, sewers and remote rural sites. The ServiceTracker mobile app has worked fully offline since day one, so your technicians can keep working in the darkest corners of the earth and nothing gets lost.

Not every pest control app can do this. Some need a constant connection, and others only let you view jobs offline but not complete them. With ServiceTracker the whole visit works offline, from inspection to signature, and it all syncs back to the office as soon as signal returns.

Why offline working matters in pest control

A technician who loses signal shouldn't lose their work. When an app needs a connection, jobs stall, photos fail to upload, forms are filled in on paper and typed up later, and reports go out late. That costs time and makes audits harder.

Offline working means:

  • No wasted visits, because the job can be completed on the spot, signal or not.
  • No double entry, because nothing has to be written down and typed up later.
  • No lost evidence, because photos, findings and signatures are stored safely on the device.
  • Reports that still go out on time, sent automatically once the phone reconnects.

How offline sync works

  1. Head out. Your jobs and the information you need for them are on the phone.
  2. Lose signal. Carry on as normal. The app saves everything on the device as you work.
  3. Complete the visit. Inspections, photos, actions and the customer's signature are all captured offline.
  4. Get signal back. ServiceTracker syncs the visit to the office automatically, with no button to press.
  5. Report sent. The service report is generated and emailed to the customer.

For technicians

Finish every job first time, wherever it is, with no paperwork to catch up on later.

For the office

Visits arrive complete and accurate, and customers get their reports without chasing.

For your customers

Consistent, on-time reports, whether the site is in a city centre or a valley with no signal.

Offline from day one

Offline working isn't a feature we bolted on. ServiceTracker was designed from the start for technicians working underground, in rural areas and inside large industrial sites. It's built on Salesforce, so once your data syncs it's held securely in the cloud and shared instantly with the office and the customer portal.
