Pest Control Site Plans

Every monitoring point on the customer’s own floor plan, up to date on every visit.

Site plans are at the heart of an audit-ready pest control contract. ServiceTracker lets you upload the customer’s own floor plan or site map and mark every bait station, trap, insect monitor, pheromone trap and EFK on it.

Technicians see the plan in the mobile app, so they know exactly where each point is. When devices are added, moved or removed, the plan is updated and the new version is ready for the customer and the auditor.

What should site plan software do?

A good site plan saves time on every visit and answers the auditor’s first question. It should:

  • Use the real site, on the customer’s own floor plan or map.
  • Show every device, numbered and colour coded by type.
  • Link to the data, so each point shows its inspection history.
  • Stay current, updating when devices change.
  • Be easy to share, on reports and in the customer portal.
