1. Go to the Google Play Store and search for “Quick Support“
2. Tap Install on “TeamViewer QuickSupport” app and, when it has installed, tap AGREE AND CONTINUE to accept the privacy policy
3. Tap “Settings” when prompted to open the Special app access settings and then select the “Allow display over other apps” option
4. Using your background apps tray (the square button at the bottom of your mobile) open the TeamViewer app then, for first time use, tap to Download the Add-On when prompted and Install the “Teamviewer Universal Add-On“
Make sure you tap the Allow remote support when prompted and please Give us the ID (Your ID) that is shown on the main page (either call us or email support@servicetracker.uk.com) and we can then connect into your mobile.
