servicetracker mobile remote support

To allow ServiceTracker to remote control your mobile device, for better support and quicker diagnosis, please follow these instructions to install our remote control app on your device.

1. Go to the Google Play Store and search for “Quick Support

2. Tap Install on “TeamViewer QuickSupport” app and, when it has installed, tap AGREE AND CONTINUE to accept the privacy policy

3. Tap “Settings” when prompted to open the Special app access settings and then select the “Allow display over other apps” option

4. Using your background apps tray (the square button at the bottom of your mobile) open the TeamViewer app then, for first time use, tap to Download the Add-On when prompted and Install the “Teamviewer Universal Add-On

Make sure you tap the Allow remote support when prompted and please Give us the ID (Your ID) that is shown on the main page (either call us or email support@servicetracker.uk.com) and we can then connect into your mobile.

When we are connected you will get a popup to ALLOW us to connect. For first time use, please Enable the Universal Add-On Activation and iAccessibility (to allow us to remote control your mobile) please tap the TeamViewer Universal Add-On and slide the top bar to the right to enable you to use the service.

Tap Start Now when you are ready and we will do the rest
