In ServiceTracker, a Work Order is similar to a Quotation or Invoice in terms of layout and functionality but the specific purpose is to link multiple products, visit descriptions and values to a schedule for assignment to a technician out in the field.
To create a Work Order, you simply click the “New Work Order” button within a schedule and Synchronize it with a current schedule. You can still create schedules with one service or product in the same way if you do not have a requirement for a complete Work Order.
Work Orders can be printed or sent directly to the mobile detailing a range of services and products that are included in the Schedule
