ServiceTracker appoints Mark Lugg as Business Systems Manager

As part of our continuous improvement and growth strategy, we are very proud to announce that Mark Lugg has joined ServiceTracker as Business Systems Manager, to assist with both National and International large scale projects whilst supporting existing customers of ServiceTracker.  Mark will also be highly involved in the ServiceTracker leadership team bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in a number of business areas and industries.

Mark is a PRINCE2 project management practitioner with skills and experience in BI Project Management, Business Intelligence, Business Systems and all aspects of MI/BI production covering ETL, Data warehousing, Report creation, testing, training, implementation and strategy.
